Orders and Payments
For your protection, your order and payment information is encrypted and handled securely by PayPal.
You do not need to have a PayPal account to purchase from us, nor are you required to set one up. However, if you do have a PayPal account, you may use it to quickly complete your purchase.
If you pay by credit card, your card is charged immediately at checkout. If you pay with your PayPal account or another form of payment, the charge is also processed immediately on checkout.
Shipping and Delivery
Most orders are processed within 1-2 business days and shipped
within 2-3 business days, so you should expect to receive your order in 2-7 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Currently, we
only
ship
to addresses within the United States.
Cancellations
To cancel an order, please call us immediately to prevent
shipment. Once an order has shipped, our Returns policy will apply.
Shipping & Sales Tax
The Shipping & Handling charge is only $3.50, regardless of the number of books purchased.
Applicable sales tax will be charged
on orders shipped to
addresses
in South Carolina.
Returns and Replacements
For all returns, please call or email to
obtain a return merchandise authorization (RMA) number and the address for the return within 5 business days
of
merchandise receipt. All returns
must be shipped back at your expense within 15 days of receipt and must show the RMA number on the package label. Returns without an RMA number
will be refused.
For the return of damaged goods,
please include a note describing the problem and we'll gladly send
a replacement
to you.
For non-defective returns,
in order to receive a refund, the package must be returned unopened.
Refunds will be issued in the form payment was made or by check (our choice) less the
shipping and handling charges and a 15% restocking fee. Shipping and handling
charges
are not refundable in any circumstance.
